Looking at the world through the eyes of an explorer

Have you noticed how when we go on a holiday we tend notice everything. And I do mean everything – from the local shop to the pink small house on your way to the beach. We see EVERY SINGLE detail. Our brain works overtime remember and when we are faced in a certain situation we manage to find ore creative solutions. When we get lost we automatically try and remember which way was our hotel/home etc. Somehow we are even able to read maps! In my experience when i first  came in England I became specialist in map’s reading and directions, yet now that I’ve been living here for a while idont really notice my surroundings , I noticed a closed down shop only when I need to buy something from this shop.

But think about it,if we start looking at the world through the eyes of an explorer , a tourist we will be open to our surroundings. Our brain would be working extra time and would provide us with more creative solutions to our problems! Wouldn’t you want to be more creative in your everyday?
