Days 39 and 40

Well Saturday was a glorious day! It’s been raining for weeks (and I’m not exaggerating) and then Saturday a beautiful sunshine. Which meant a nice quick workout in the garden.

I started with 5 mins on the jumping rope as a warm up.

Followed by a quick succession of 25 squads, 10 push ups and 50 jumping jacks. I repeated that 3 times which was plenty to make me sweat profoundly.

Day 40 was my day of rest, which was extremely well planned as with all the rain today it made for a great lay in bed!

Basketball training tomorrow.
