Day 36

That was a great workout! I didn’t manage to finish all of the circuits as I was kicked out of the studio, but managed to do that:

Circuit 1:
25 squats
10 push ups
50 jumping jacks
Repeated three times.

Circuit 2:
12 squat thrusts
12 alternating forward lunges per leg with 5kg weights in each hand
20 leg lifts
Repeated two times.

By the time I started the second set of the 1st circuit sweat was pouring out of me like a waterfall!

Day 36 done.
