Well, I really could be bothered to do anything today, just didn’t feel it. At all.
And this is why I’m grateful to Tom who almost dragged me out and made me go for a run. I have to say, although, I have a quick run for a warm up before every workout – I hate running. Throughout the whole year I probably feel like going for a run around 3 times. That’s all.
So, we went for a run and we probably did around 1.2K followed by a walk and 3 sets of 12 dips and 3 sets of 12 push ups. That was followed by a brisk walk and just over 0.5K run after which I just gave up. At least in my head I still did something. Tomorrow I’ll be going to the gym after work so it’ll be okay 🙂
