Day 17

It’s so worth going to the gym in the morning, if only I could go to bed early more often!
Today I had these babies to play with.

Usual start of 5 mins of run which was about 0.8-1k, I didn’t check to be honest.
3 sets of 15 plie squads. First set was with 10kg dumbell but 2nd and 3rd were 10 with 10kg and 5 with 8kg.

3 sets of 15 biceps curls with 5kg weights.

3 sets of 15 inner/outer leg lifts on each leg with 4.5kg resistance.

3 sets of 15 back flyes with 3kg weights.

3 sets of 15 full Russian twists with 5kg weights.

Day 17 done.
