Day 6

I’ve been feeling so tired today hence why I didn’t go to the gym this morning and had a slightly lighter after work workout.

4 sets of 12 deadlifts with 12.5kg bar.
3 sets of 12 biceps curls with 10 kg bar.
3 quick sets of 10 assisted pull ups and 10 assisted dips, both taking 54kg off.
30 sec side plank on each side and 30 sec normal plank.
That was followed by a thorough 15 min streching.

Day 6 done.
