Day 5

Out of breath with achy arms and feeling like I’m going to be sick. It was a great 45 mins workout!
We weren’t really sure what we were going to do I just knew that I didn’t run again. So we started with a half mile warm up jog and saw a bench – perfect. So the workout was as follows
3 quick sets of 12 dips and 12 push ups with arms on the bench.
3 sets of 12 jumps starting on the ground and landing on the bench (on several occasions I felt like I’m going to hit my shins on it!).
3 sets of 12 step ups – we used some stones we found as the step.
3 sets of 12 cross steps.
12 jumping burpies; 8 jumping burpies ; 6 jumping burpies. We had the intention to do 3 sets of 12 but our batteries run out of juice.
All that was followed by a lovely warm down half a mile walk and much wanted shower.
Day 5 done.
